to pursue one of my new year resolution (to lose a lot of weight part) i have done some research on how to do it most effectively. And this is the result.
Resting Energy Expenditure: 1383
x Daily Activity Level: Light
Calories you burn a day: 2213
so, to maintain my current weight, my daily calorie intake should not exceed 2213 calories, and these is what i found out too ...in order to increase our metabolism we must Eat. It may sound crazy to those trying to lose weight by severely restricting their daily caloric intake, but the problem with this old school of thought, explains Michigan dietician Julie Beyer, is that it actually slows metabolism. “Every cell of the body is like a flashlight bulb,” she explains. “When our bodies don’t get enough food, or fuel, every cell burns less brightly.” Recent studies show that eating smaller meals every three to four hours aids metabolism and weight loss.
so now, Insyallah, i will only eat no more than 2213 calories a day, hmm am I going to be culcalating all my food after this...ohhohh...

hihi, org lain buat resolution, kite pun nak ada gak, jadik ker tidak, tungguuu 31/12/2009....
pasal nak lose weight ni, ada sorang cekgu kat sek tu (my idol ni slimming part) turun (gradually about after 1 year) nearly 30KG!!!
all she did was jogging every sunday with her hubby..tu yg dia dok push kite suruh jogging tu..makan nasik once a aday,tak gi slimming center pun.. kiter yg dekat sebulan tak lahap nasik nie, turun ciput jer..kakakaka..
ada sorang tu siap gi Slimming World (abish about 14k) turun 20kg in A MONTH or so...
tu yg kene gak kurus nie, boring kalu balik kluang asyik kene 'perli' jer... hmmm :{

nak kurus?ko gemuk sgt ke?aku rasa kau sama je macam dolu2...eh, jom la kurus sama2..aku pon tiap tahun ada azam tapi selalu tak kesampaian..nasik tu yg tak leh makan..cepat naik badan..

aku sungguh gumuks lah vin, kebaya before kawin, boley kancing kot, (hmm the last time aku trylah dolu), tapi adelah mcm balut buah nangka kot.. skrang nie kalu aku try tak taulah boleh masuk tangan tak....hihihi..
aku before coti sekolah baru2 nie, dah berbulan tak makan nasik, tapi berat badan flactuate jer, tak stabil sgt...hubby aku suruh kurangkan minum ayer bergula, tu yg aku baru azam nak buat nie...
tambah pulak coti sekolah aritu, bantai makn nasik nearly everyday...hihihi, tak consistent langsung...
sama2lah kiter berlangsingkan badan, mcm cik su tu...nanti 31/12/09 kite tgk sape paling mencapai azamnyer...caiyo-caiyo..
